Made this to go with soup for dinner. Used one 4.5 oz can of Star Kist solid light tuna filet in water, followed all the other ingredients, except increased the Mayo by 1 Tbl, used 1 tsp. Heinz chili sauce, with a spinkle of hot sauce, no cayenne pepper on top. Browned the buttered bread in a toaster oven first. This was probably the best tuna melt sandwich I've ever tasted. Enjoy.http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2013/01/the-tuna-melt-open-face-insert-hypocrisy.html
