3 c sliced okra
2 c fresh corn cut from cob, cooked
4 or 5 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp melted butter
salt & pepper to taste
Thoroughly rinse sliced okra under running water; drain well. Combine okra and remaining ingredients in a large skillet; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
