RECIPE: REC: Palm Beach Brownies with Chocolate-Covered Mints (these sound good, but I'd reduced the sugar)

RECIPE:
These are great! I use to make these as part of my Christmas cookie tray.

They are really rich and fudgy brownies...the mints make them different They look so pretty on the tray too. If you cut them in small pieces, one batch makes a lot!

 
Hm...it's been awhile, but yeah, they are pretty sweet...you could cut back the sugar a little..

or perfect with a cup of coffee or ice cold milk!
