it doesn't get any easier or better than this simple little sauce for pasta.
Pasta with butter & rosemary sauce
1 stick of sweet butter
3 large garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary (approx. 3" long)
1 bouillon cube, crushed (or 1 tbls roast drippings)
1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan
bring a large pot of water to a boil for your pasta.
while the pasta is cooking: cut up the butter and place in a small saucepan with the garlic and rosemary. turn the heat to medium and cook for 4 -5 minutes, stirring frequently. add
the bouillon cube and cook until cube is dissolved. remove from heat.
when pasta is done toss with the sauce and add the cheese. serve with additional cheese on the table.
