RECIPE: REC: Peach & Brie Quesadillas with Lime-Honey Dipping Sauce

Tried these last night - very good; especially with the dipping sauce drizzled on. Next time, however, I'll had some cayenne to the peach mixture - to tone down the sweetness just a tad.

Very quick to make!
