RECIPE: REC: peaches in chardonay and lavendar T&T

we're getting the first peaches in at the farmer's market and this is one of my favorite recipes, if you can actually call it a recipe.

take anywhere from 2 - 6 ripe, juicy, peaches. peel them and slice into a bowl and pour in a good chardonay to cover. sprinkle with food-grade lavendar blossoms (dried) and stir. let sit out at room temp for an hour more, stirring occasionally, then chill.

this is a wonderful dessert as is or you can put them over ice cream or just serve biscotti.
