and it is not over the top decadent which is why I chose it. I was a bit worried that it would not be popular because of the fennel but I didn't tell people it was in there and it sorta just disappeared into the potatoes. The dish tasted rich and delicious but only uses 1 cup of cream. Everyone loved it!

(Next time I will put a bit more fennel in for me!)
