I experimented with an idea and cam eup with this for a baby shower.
Very Low Fat
2 skinless roasted red peppers (seeds and stems removed)
3/4 of a can of navy beans (regular size can drained and rinsed)
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or to taste
juice of 1/2 lime- you use the entire lime if you wish
salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
put all in food processors and pulse till an almost smooth consistency(don't allow it to get too runny) If you can stand the calories drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and enjoy with home made pita chips or celery sticks
