That is my kind of baking. Love it!

I have a beautiful dessert in the fridge right now from Fine Cooking. A chocolate, heavy cream, layered beauty that was very easy. I'm putting on the final whipped cream layer this morning, with chocolate curls on top. This one required no baking or cooking, just melting chocolate and whipping cream.

This is why I have no china. I buy stuff like this dish when I see it. It is a one of a kind in my collection but lives happily with all the other pieces!
