RECIPE: Rec: Roast Pork Loin with Garlic and Rosemary

Hi all,

Made this for dinner tonight and it was fabulous. A really good, basic middle-of-the-week dish. I made roasted red potatoes and steamed carrots to go with it. The baby really like it too, and only threw about a third of his dinner on the floor instead of the usual half. smileys/smile.gif

update: Of course I was thinking, "the combination of" Pork, garlic, and rosemary is known as. Too bad we can't edit subject lines when the fingers fly faster than the brain. : )
