I was looking for something to cook this weekend and found this recipe of mine at Linda's site. It is so colorful and full of flavor, so thought I'd share it here. This time I am using Brussels Sprouts with Sweet Potatoes, Carrots and Onions. Home made applesauce is always great with pork.
