Sandy's Tarragon-Onion Deviled Egg
5 jumbo hard boiled eggs
Add a quality mayo (I used Hellman’s) to make the yolks fluffy
1 TBS mild yellow mustard (I used French's)
¼ TSP (or more to taste) Fleur de sel
½ TBS minced dehydrated onion
1-1/2 TSP French tarragon plus some for garnish
