RECIPE: REC: Sliced tomatoes with guacamole and basil

RECIPE:
I had cauliflower, steamed whole, then chilled and frosted w/guac as a salad last night. I first

made it because I had cauliflower and avocados that needed to be used, and remembered the recipe from an old Betty Crocker International Cookbook. Looked pretty and fun, so made it. The combo was so good, I've done it several times since. Cut in wedges to serve.

 
Wow!! I really need to get a digital! I love the different colored tomatoes!! Great Presentation!
