Hi all.

After spending a beautiful day on the Cumberland river in Nashville with lunch on second ave, my dh invited the family who boated with us over for a nice dinner.

A bit stressed out and tired after a few boat sodas, I decided to make the ch breasts with SD tomato creme sauce. (is it creme, or cream?) We had pureed cauliflower with parm, cream cheese, etc and a nice salad with this. I will post the link, as it is for me a T & T.

Tonight we made the Spaghetti with garlic from Epi with some tweaks, of course- added diced ham and peas and lots of parm cheese. Anyway, I was thinking of you all who would appreciate a great garlic breath! http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/230465?mbid=rss_epinr

I would love it...am currently in a pasta frenzy and can't decide what to make. Was it cool there?

Weather is still muggy down here...I'm so envious of cool fall weather further north. Are the leaves changing on the banks?

Yes, the leaves are changing!

It was cooler than I thought it would be. It kind of reminded me of a hot summer day boating in Massachusetts and freezing until the boat stopped and the sun glared down on us!

This looks a lot like Missouri! Our peak weekend for fall leaves next weekend....

The Ozark's is (are? ha) gorgeous in the fall!

Oh Boy, a new screen saver; Thanks Marilyn and Moyn; have one for each season and more!

OMG, I wouldn't put it past you Mar.... LOL!!!

Now, don't forget to pack yourself in good with those styro peanuts and make sure you bring your pop-out wheels so you can use your box as a car...
