1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 # fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 7 oz jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil

1 tbsp oil from tomatoes

1-1/2 c light cream

1 tbsp fresh basil, minced, or 3/4 tsp dried

Heat olive oil in lg skillet, saute mushrooms over low heat until tender. Cut about 15 sun-dried tomatoes in narrow strips; add to skillet. Add oil from tomatoes; stir to coat mushrooms. Add cream an basil; heat until warmed through. Serve over pasta of your choice. Serves 1.

 
I love this combination over chicken breasts! Sounds

much like an Epi rec that is in my repetoire.
