6 oranges

1 grapefruit

1 fresh pineapple, cut into bite-size cubes or canned bite-size

12 fresh strawberries

12 pecan halves

lettuce leaves

Cut down on each segment of peeled oranges and grapefruit. Arrange sections and pineapple chunks in lettuce-lined bowl. Garnish wtih strawberries and pecan halves.

Serve with honey cream dressing (below)

Honey Cream Dressing

2 tbsp honey

1 c heavy cream whipped

1 tsp prepared mustard

Mix mustard and honey together, stir in whipped cream.

Makes 2 cups
