A friend recommended this a while ago and I'm sorry I didn't make it sooner.
1 can Black Beans (don't drain)
1 can Refried Beans (reg or fat-free)
1 container Salsa (I used Trader Joe's Fresh Hot 16oz found in the cold cheese section)
I wanted to get several meals out of this so I heated the refried beans in a saucepan just to warm through/soften then added the black beans and salsa. I only microwaved what I had for lunch so as not to keep cooking the salsa ingredients. Full of flavor, hearty and fresh.
You could doctor it up w/ shredded cheese, salsa, cilantro, etc. but I didn't need to add more stuff.
