I was out of Sriracha so I used Franks (I know - not the same).

This was an easy, very flavorful dish

Not THAT much different! That looks really good. It would be good sliced and

used for a kind of fajita. Maybe put the orange juice in a quick slaw to put on top. It would be great grilled also. Thanks. Putting in my tailgate menu folder.
