Sweet & Spicy Pork Tenderloin
Rub:
3 T. Chili powder
2 T. coarse salt
1 T. Black pepper
1 T. Packed brown sugar
1 T. garlic powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. ground sage
Pork:
2 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins
Glaze:
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Rub the mixture into the tenderloins.
Place all glaze ingredients in small saucepan; boil 20 minutes or until mixture is reduced to thickened syrup (you should have about ½ cup). Reserve 2 T. of the blaze for brushing over the pork while grilling.
Grill pork to desired doneness. Serve pork with the remaining glaze.
