Ina Garten's recipe from Barefoot Contessa. If you don't have yellow bell pepper or capers, leave them out. Use any kind of wine vinegar. You can bake bread cubes in oven, instead of sauteing in pan on top of stove. This is soooo delicious and left-overs the next day are just as good.
