Served with sauteed/grilled veggies (zucchini, red pepper, asparagus, etc.) and jasmine rice.

Thai Spiced Flank Steak

from Pradera Café & Lounge

1 flank steak, marinated (marinade follows)

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

Marinade:

1 T red Thai curry paste

2 T honey

½ lime, juice of

1 tsp garlic, minced

¼ c canola oil

black pepper, to taste

Thai Sauce:

2 oz fresh ginger, grated

3 oz sesame oil

4 oz sambal olek (sweet chili pepper sauce)

2 oz soy sauce

1 c ketchup

1 oz garlic, minced

1 green onion, finely chopped

Season marinated flank steak with salt and pepper; roast in oven or on the barbeque to desired doneness. Slice thin and serve with a drizzle of the Thai Sauce.
