I've got to say, my DH is a "key lime pie expert" and when I made these bars, he couldn't stop smiling! They are REALLY REALLY good. I can envision using the crust part for cheesecakes and other bar cookies. YUM!

 
No, but DH really is, he told me the link. Just decided it was a good way to refer to them when

posting their recipes. Btw, that recipe is all over the blogs and message boards, but sometimes it's been altered slightly.

 
That's it!! Can't rave about these enough.... it's been 3 days and the 2 left are like fresh!
