This site/books are a humorous and profane riff on a cookbook. I find it hilarious, and I'm in favor of anything that gets young people to think about cooking..
We had my vegan aunt and cousin staying with us for the Easter weekend. The Sunday spread was varied enough that I wasn't worried, but on Saturday we had a few family members over who couldn't make it Sunday and I wanted the menu to be vegan. (Our relatives would be content with bread and salad and don't expect a thing, and that makes me want to please them all the more.)
My sister asked her daughter for this recipe they had enjoyed at my niece's place, and I have to say it was delicious! I would halve the pasta, or double the sauce, but the flavors are wonderful.
