I have made this recipe for years. it is delicious. If you prep the ingredients in advance, it goes together fast. The recipe calls for flank steak. Today, I used New York Steak Loin, and will marinate all day. Be sure to cook noodles in the morning, set them on a sheet pan to dry....they crisp up much better.
