2 T canola oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1 lb boneless turkey breasts, cut into bite-size pcs
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
1/2 tsp parsley
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp ground coriander
2 Tbsp curry powder
2 c rice
1 tsp cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
Heat oil in a medium skillet. Brown turkey on both sides, about 10 minutes. Drain fat and add broth and onion.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until turkey is fully cooked. Remove turkey. And add remaining ingredients; heat through and serve with toothpicks.
