It is from Rachel Ray's Crispy Chicken Cutlets with Basil-Parsley Sauce.
I used pounded out breasts and really dredged them in this before cooking.
I had no pignolis so I used almonds. I had already made a pesto, so used that to top and added fresh lemon juice.
