I may be dieting (12lbs. off! Thank you Mr. Atkins!), but I'm still looking for "I have to make this recipes". I normally don't post recipes I haven't tried, but this looks so amazing, and I will be making it, I thought I would share and also have it in a place where I can find it again when I'm ready to make it. smileys/smile.gif And this? I'm nearly faint typing this out...

Pudding:

6 cups whole milk

6 cups sugar

15 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla

6 cups stale bread cubes

2 cups dried cranberries

2 cups white chocolate chips

350F Oven.

Grease large baking pan (sorry, I'm also asking: is it too hard to give the measurements for the pan???) with butter. Combine milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Place bread in pan, pour custard evenly over top. Sprinkle with cranberries and chips. Fold, lightly stir. Let sit for 10 minutes until bread as soaked up half the custard.

Streusel:

1 cup butter, room temp

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup flour

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugars. Mix in flour, spices, and nuts. Crumble streusel evenly over the pudding.

Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours until a toothpick comes out clean when tested.

White Chocolate Vanilla Bourbon Sauce:

2 cups white chocolate chips

2 cups whipping cream

2 tablespoons Bourbon

1 teaspoon vanilla

Place chips in a bowl. Heat cream until hot but not simmering. Pour cream over chips and whisk until combined. Add bourbon and vanilla. Mix well. Drizzle over the pudding when serving.
