Instead of a wafer crust I made a brownie crust. That's the only change. almost only - I cooked mine until the center was 150 F (a bit jiggley) then turned the oven off, propped the door open and left it in their for 1 hour. It sounds great, but what is a brownie crust? How does it differ from the suggested crust?

I poured brownie batter on the bottom pan and baked it first (under baked a bit)

I can't always find the chocolate wafers around me and I thought I'd go for a fudgier crust.

What a great idea! I hate spending the money on those cookies that have no flavor.
