So delicious! Had fresh chard so I used that. Made half recipe and wish I had made the whole.

I had leftover prime rib, which I didn't eat, baked potato, which I didn't eat either! Thanks for posting!

 
So glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for letting me know. I like your use of chard.

I'm making this weekly as DH loves it and we have a ton of zucchini coming in. Subbing in whatever's good for the spinach. Usually leftover corn on the cob kernels.
The leftovers reheat very well too. It's even good for breakfast.
