Recipe--Broccoli Rice Casserole

I have loved all of you from gails...want to share one of my best recipes.

4 cups instant rice uncooked

1 1/2 cups chopped celery

1/1/2 cup chopped onion

2 full cans and 1/2 of each cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup

24 oz of chopped broccoli frozen, thawed

24 oz cheez whiz

3 sticks butter cut up

mix together and put into a 13 x 9 buttered dish.

Bake at 350 for about 1 hr. butter will will be a little on top when done, mix in and serve. I make this every thanksgiving.

 
Correction to recipe

CORRECTION

I made one mistake in this recipe... the cans of soup should read 1 1/2 cans each of Cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken.
