I received Feb's issue of Cosmopolitan and I thought this was a good recipe, looks good and a MUST for Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Lovers ~ I admit I am one:
Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
Ingredients:
1 Your favorite Brownie Recipe OR 1 box brownie mix
16 peanut butter cups (Reese’s)
Directions:
Prepare your favorite brownie recipe OR prepare brownie mix according to package instructions.
Pour HALF of the brownie batter into a greased 9in. x 9in. baking dish.
Top with the 16 peanut butter cups (whole)
Spread the remaining half of the brownie batter evenly over peanut butter cups.
Bake Brownies according to your recipe OR according to box instructions.
Let Cool completely, and then cut into squares.
