Gay, did you make the Redux Pork Chops? I made them last night and they were delicious...

I needed to adjust the recipe because I didn't have thick chops. I used four regular chops, skewered together to form two thick ones with pockets, to make two servings. I made 2/3 of the stuffing recipe (use one egg) and stuffed the chops. The stuffing was especially tasty, I would recommend it very highly, and the sauce was yummy. There was more than DH and I could finish, so we'll snack on leftovers for lunch.

I am a NYTimes member, and love to read the dining section every Wednesday morning. Membership is free, if anyone else is interested. I think the Times has one of the best food sections in print (but I'm prejudiced, being a former New Yorker).
