Recipe to check out: Ice Cream Pie

Meryl... sort of a take on the Mud Pie

I make mine with the Oreo crust, coffee ice cream, topped with fudge sauce (lots), whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry smileys/smile.gif SOOOOO good even if my teeth hurt thinking of it!

 
Hey cheezz, yeah, it sounds pretty much the same. I've never had a mud pie - will have to make one -

definitely with coffee ice cream! A good reason to try one of the coffee ice cream recipes I've been saving - I've been doing only chocolate ones (not that that's such a bad thing..... smileys/smile.gif

 
Chocolate is NEVER bad! Now if I could just work it into all my main dishes smileys/smile.gif
