Recommended mail order dessert?

Not exactly a recipe request, but.... My DIL's mother sent me a cheesecake last Christmas and I'd like to reciprocate. I'd send fruit or nuts, but she's got several teenagers to feed over Christmas (and my son), and I know they'd all rather have something sweet. Any ideas?

Cheryl & Co. is a good one. It's been a while since I've ordered

from them, but they were good and reasonable. Mostly cookies, as I remember.

Not exactly a dessert, but recomended by a Michael in Sarasota and Gay, , edible arrangements

I used them twice now. VERY nice arrangements, and different from the traditional gift box. One of dh's colleagues went out of his way to call me directly vs. dh cell or work, he left a detailed voice mail on the chocolate covererd strawberries, fruit, basket, etc... He clearly enjoyed and appreciated the gift. It was perfect!

Stollen? Not to rub it in, but I have a luxurious pedigreed Dresden

Stollen tucked into the back of the fridge in its beautiful tin that I brought back from Dresden in September. Counting the days to cut into that bad boy...

Very nice. We keep shaving off bits of a slab of Speculaas sent from a friend passing through AMS.

Probably not pedigreed, though. smileys/wink.gif
