Here are the correct instructions for the butters:

For all butters, combine ingredients in food processor and pulse.

Place onto a piece of wax paper and form into a log.

Wrap in wax paper and twist ends.

Refrigerate

All of these recipes were taken from the Darigold Website by the blogger: yourhomebasedmom.com. I am not sure about the nutritional and caloric amounts are right, but I don't want to delete them all, so please be advised. I am not very impressed with the new MasterCook program. I haven't made any of these, but they sound good and are so easy.

Dill Butter

1/2 cup Darigold butter -- (1 stick) softened1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill weed (fronds only)

1 tablespoon chopped shallots

1 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns*

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl; stir to mix well. Spoon butter mixture onto long side of waxed or parchment paper (cut to 10 x 12 inches). Wrap edge of paper over butter and roll into a log about 10 inches in length. Refrigerate until firm. Makes about 1/2 cup.

*To crack peppercorns: Place peppercorns between a sheet of folded plastic wrap or waxed paper
