It was just a refrigerator salad with lots of holiday left overs. As I am not an intuitive cook this was a suprise coming from me!
the bed was sliced endive (left over from endive leaves filled with sweet potatoes and bacon appy)
crumbled bleu cheese (left over from another appy)
pomegranate seeds (left over from pomegranate martinis)
toasted walnuts (left over from cookie baking)
orange sections (because I have a bunch of those loose skined satsumas that are so tasty)
dressing: whatever was in the fridge!!
It was suprisingly delicious and quite pretty too with all those colors.
