Spring Cleaning:

Found my Romertopf roaster. I think I made a whole chicken in it once and it came out slimy. I no longer have the recipe book. Is there a reason to keep this? Any good recipes?

Just like my pressure cooker, the clay cooker hasn't been out in awhile, either.

Yup...I think I'm going to have to make a resolution to start using all my unused equipment or else give it away.

I do love the clay cooker chicken, too. Mmmmmm.
