I made this Saturday and cooked it in a large crockpot. It is terrific, but next time I think I'll use the dutch oven method in the recipe and bake it. It cooked out a lot (3 cups) of liquid and I felt it kind of diluted the flavor of the wonderful rub on the meat. I put the juices in a saucepan and reduced down to about a cup and poured over the shredded meat. Also, loved the salsa but it is pretty tame for me. I wish I had left the seeds in the jalapeno and definitely will next time.
