Couldn't be simpler...

2 T. melted butter

4 T. 10% (or higher) cream

1/2 c. brown sugar

Bring to a boil and then add 1 c. grated coconut.

Spread over cake, thick around the edges. Broil.

(then ask your boyfriend over)
