sauerbraten -- what cut of beef do you prefer for sauerbraten? Fall is in the air and I'm in the mood some hearty fare. smileys/smile.gif

 
large and cheap. LOL

I use whatever I can get cheapest since with all the marinating and braising, it is never going to be tough once it has been cooked.
