You were looking for drinks for a birthday bash. Just found this last night, but haven't a clue where this is from...cut out of a mag and stuck in one of my binders. The font looks like Gourmet magazine.

8 sugar cubes, rolled in Chambord

1 TBL Chambord

1 TBL Cointreau

1 TBL Campari

1 750-ml bottle well-chilled dry Champagne

8 lemon peel twists.

Roll sugar cubes in Chambord to coat. Drop one in each champagne flute. Blend the 3 TBLs of Chambord, Cointreau, and Campari and divide between flutes (1 Tsp per flute is close)

Top with champagne, add twist and serve.
