The price is too expensive, but you might want to watch it and see if they drop the price. These are super rare on the market. It took forever for me to find mine and I don’t recall if you ever found a copy.

I’ve had this on my eBay search list ever since you mentioned forever ago wanting a copy, and this is the first one I’ve seen for sale.

I had it on my ebay watch as well and it has never turned up. But then, I rarely look in at ebay these days (I have enough stuff! LOL).

What I am considering is making the donation to get the electronic file and then printing and binding it to have a semi-nice copy.

What have you made from it that you would recommend?
