I think this glaze would also be fabulous served with fresh strawberries over vanilla ice cream, or made with maple syrup instead of honey and served with berries over french toast.
Side note - I finally had a pan flame up inadvertantly when cooking with liqour on the stove top - my son thought that was a neat trick!
