I bought a jar yesterday and am disappointed in how bland it is. So I'll try my own, but am having trouble finding essence locally. Yet I notice a variety on Amazon.

 
I used a bottle of German mustard oil that I purchased...

at an Indian grocery. The bottle said 100% mustard oil, but it was very mild I thought and I was wanting a bigger zing, so I added additional mustard oil and a little wassabi powder as well.
