Richard's post reminded me of this article re: mixing up bags...

I once packed up all our Christmas decorations and put the containers in trash bags

for easier carrying. You guessed it...Mike took them all out to the curb for pick up.

 
I totally feel (part of) your pain

We lost our perfectly sized artificial tree in the 2014 flood but only a few of truly precious decorations. Not my idea of downsizing! So very sorry for your loss. Colleen
