Ricotta Gnocchi

Have you tried frying them in butter?

If you have some left over, give it a try, delicious - Also, I have meades these and rolled out the dough and used a cutter to shape them - then you can also use them in layers like a lasagna


eta: boil them first, then cool and fry just til golden

 
Sounds good--I did a gorgonzola and leek sauce w/ butter...

...but as a fan of fried ravioli, I'm sure a simple fried version would be great. smileys/smile.gif

 
This looks wonderful. I have never mastered the art of making potato gnocchi
