Thanks Meryl, these chickens are making me drool. I love CHICKen especially with lemon.
I've printed them both and will make one soon (I usually roast a chicken a week with lemon - Greek style with oregano and potatoes on the bottom of the pan. Last time I got crazy and added fennel to the pan. I KNOW! But the shallots sound like a wonderful addition and that gravy, I see mashed potatoes in my near future....
