Roasted Balsamic-Glazed Chicken, made last night

Thanks for the feedback Susan, I made a note of your changes. I've been watching

this season, the judges constantly emphasize how recipe ingredients, equipment, etc should be available to the home cook. I wish they would put as much emphasis on the accuracy of their recipes! So many times, I've watched a recipe being prepared on a show and found the website version to be quite different. Tyler Florence is one of the worst offenders imo, but perhaps that is because I watch him the most. Emeril does it also.

Btw, did you use a convection oven? I wonder if that would make any difference with that low temp and short time?

Nothing worse than underdone chicken, after reading the reviews I thought I'd rather have it done earlier than I had planned, rather than eating dinner so late! It was only pure luck that 350º for 2 hrs was the magic numbers.
