Roasted Zucchini Bisque...I made this with our dinner today. It was fast, easy, very good!

I took some roasted red pepper out of a jar and added with the zucchini under the

broiler....there really wasn't enough, I didn't think to do anything. If you wanted to add some color, which it didn't need, you could chop a roasted red pepper into very small pieces and add it after it's been blended.
