In the reviews it appears the bulb is not reliable. The company offers a ...

...1-year warranty, but you have to ship the entire unit back to them to get the bulb replaced.

It is a great price, but reliability seems to be the issue.

We've had the same problem with the Ninja blender. We're on our third one. It works great, but the gears and motor burn out after about a year of smoothies. Cheap initially, but you get a year's worth of use for your 90 bucks.
